General handyman to maintain rental properties
We are looking for a friendly hands-on maintenance individual to repair and/or to renovate with knowledge of light construction work, minor carpentry or framing, patching, painting drywalls, and finishing walls, installing or replacement of household appliances, basic cement work, light plumbing, installing and repairing sinks, drains and toilets, fixing to clean up and common sense make-it ready to re-rent apartments. Must be ready to work full time, have cell phone, car/truck with insurance, tools, experience, and references to call on.
